SIGN UP OR LOG IN HERE

Registering for FORMED is easier than ever:

1. Go to formed.org/signup
2. Find our parish by entering Holy Trinity Batavia in the search box.  
3. Select Holy Trinity 140 N. Sixth Street Batavia OH from the list... it should appear near the top, and click NEXT. 
4. Enter your name and email address on the next screen.  
5. Check that email account for a link to begin using FORMED.

Already Registered?

Signing into FORMED has also become a lot easier and parish codes and custom registration URLs are no longer needed. Now you can just go to formed.org/signup and find our parish to sign up for the first time.  After you have initially "signed up" and created your account;

1. Find "Are you a member? Sign In" link in the upper middle of the screen. 
2. Click "sign in"
3. Enter the email address you used to register with FORMED. 
4. Then check your email in-box on the same device for the authentication email. 
5. Going forward, as long as you don’t log out or clear your cookies, you should remain signed in.
