Room Reservation Request

Please fill out this form in order to reserve a meeting space at Holy Family, Clermont Co.

Please send in your request 5 business days before the space is needed.

Requests will be reviewed by the pastor and added to the parish calendar when approved.  You will receive a confirmation email when your request is received and another when it is approved.

If you prefer, you can fill out a paper request at the parish office.
